Overview

• Manage accounts payable and assist with bill payment processes
• Match vendor invoices and bills to corresponding purchase orders
• Track outstanding invoices, documentation, and items requiring follow-up
• Maintain organized records and provide clear visibility into pending financial tasks
• Assist with monthly billing and invoice creation, including compiling time and project details
• Support general administrative and clerical accounting tasks as needed
• Provide regular updates on progress, priorities, and any roadblocks

• Prior bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounting-assistant experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision
• Clear, timely communication and dependable email responsiveness
• Proficiency with invoice management, purchase orders, and basic accounting workflows
