TheAccountant, International Reporting & Complianceis responsible for international reporting and compliance activities for several subsidiaries, while supporting the monthly closing process. The role also supports the Manager with various accounting activities and analyses.

This position reports to the Director, International Finance, part of the Finance team located in Neuchâtel, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare standalone financial statements for selected international subsidiaries.
• Support local financial audits and filings, including preparation of supporting documentation.
• Prepare and follow up reconciliations between US GAAP and local accounting standards for selected international subsidiaries.
• Prepare, book and follow up income tax payments on a monthly,
• Support the monthly closing process, including multi-ledger bookings and reconciliations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Accounting degree or commercial diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting, reporting or compliance function.
• Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software/tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a US company and/or multinational environment.
• Previous experience in a Big Four accounting firm

This job is also eligible for a bonus.
