How you will contribute  Â
You will:Â
- Own and drive the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process – manage end-to-end forecast compilation process, including full ownership of the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholdersÂ
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate and delivering finished goods inventory at target levels; proactively identify risks and propose corrective actionsÂ
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Supply Hub Planners, Order to Cash and Commercial Teams, acting as a key point of contact for demand & fulfillment topicsÂ
- Highlight production planning issues / bottlenecks / propose-initiate immediate action – focus on root cause analysis and support for end-to-end processÂ
- Proactively manage Ageing Stock and waste risk through initiating and coordinating appropriate stock balancing activities across the networkÂ
- Act as the main Point of Contact for other team members in terms of problems or escalations as well coordinate their daily work and assign tasksÂ
- Take an active role in product development projectsÂ
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dives to support business decisions and address non-standard situations as they ariseÂ
- Create, update and continuously improve internal tools and processes for simplification and optimization of daily operationsÂ

 What you will bringÂ

- Proven experience in and solid understanding of Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Replenishment, Co-packing, Order to Cash, Logistics) or Supply Planning – ability to independently manage end-to-end processesÂ
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraintÂ
- Experience within an IBP/S&OP environmentÂ
- Fluency in EnglishÂ
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct ad hoc analyses, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable recommendationsÂ
- Problem solving skills, drive for results, and ability to handle non-standard situations with confidenceÂ
- Ability to delegate tasks and distribute work among othersÂ
- Out-of-the-box thinking and proactive attitudeÂ
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes with minimal supervisionÂ
- Excellent communication style and ability to work under time pressureÂ
- Experience in working with multinational teams would be an assetÂ
