PFB the urgent category of 4 open demands.

Kindly share quality profiles for below demands. (Notice – Immediate to 45 days). We are looking for Banking Transformation functional PM profiles with Agile and banking domain exp & not IT profiles.

PFB role another set of requirements - AI PM /AI BA demand:

1. AI PM demand. Location – any. AI PM role (80% AI and 20% PM exp)

Experienced Project Manager who understands project delivery of AI project end to end.

• Expertise in using AI technologies in regular Transformation PM work. Worked in the integration of AI solutions into existing business processes, research and planning.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business contexts, including data monetization platforms and large language models.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with the AI Assistant platform, including login, navigation, and document generation problems
• Ability to Fine-tune LLM models or employ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies to incorporate specific nuances.

1. AI BA demand. Location – any. AI BA role (80% AI and 20% BA exp)

• Primarily an AI Engineer who is skilled in playing the role of a Transformation BA. Expertise in using AI technologies in regular Transformation BA work to understand project requirements and worked on AI project delivery
• Worked in the integration of AI solutions into existing business processes, research, and planning. Strong understanding of AI applications in business contexts, including data monetization platforms and large language models.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with the AI Assistant platform, including login, navigation, and document generation problems.
• Able to create end-to-end interfaces for seamless interaction with AI agents, including multi-modal inputs such as voice.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on Generative AI solutions

Skills:
* Experience in implementing solutions with LLM/Agent frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Langchain, Autogen, Langgraph, Crew AI

Understanding about how to do Function calling/tool calling/ API calling, chunking process, hallucination, finetuning, tokenization
• Experience in implementing RAG based Gen AI solutions, creating the Knowledge Layer for AI Agents (Vector DB, Knowledge Graph)
• Experience in Banking – good to have if any
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
