Analytics and AI Technical App Specialist

About The Job:

• We are seeking a Technical Application Specialist - Analytics & AI Services to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven analytics solutions.
• The role focuses on leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), semantic search, and intelligent data discovery capabilities.
• The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and AI engineers to translate analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• You will contribute to AI experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and proof-of-concept development while ensuring business value realization.
• The role requires strong SQL, data analysis, and Python-based prototyping capabilities.
• Candidates should have an interest in emerging AI technologies, conversational analytics, and enterprise knowledge management.
• This is an offshore role supporting strategic Analytics & AI initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, configure, and support AI-enabled applications utilizing RAG architectures, semantic retrieval, and enterprise search capabilities.
• Develop and test AI prototypes using Python, SQL, and modern analytics platforms including BigQuery, Teradata, or equivalent technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
• Conduct experimentation, performance evaluations, and statistical assessments to validate solution effectiveness and business impact.
• Support the implementation of conversational analytics, NL2SQL, Text-to-SQL, and Dialogue with Data (DwD) capabilities.
• Contribute to semantic layer development, metadata management, taxonomy design, and knowledge representation initiatives.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and reusable assets to support enterprise AI adoption and governance.

Qualifications:
Skill Requirement

• Strong understanding of Retrieval Methods, Search Strategies, RAG Architectures, and Enterprise Search concepts.
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, reasoning techniques, agentic systems, and AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Teradata, or equivalent enterprise data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python programming for AI prototyping, data processing, automation, and experimentation.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, research methodologies, statistical analysis, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Exposure to Semantic Layers, Metrics Modelling, Taxonomy Design, Metadata Management, and Knowledge Representation concepts.
• Understanding of Ontologies, Knowledge Graphs, Graph-based Reasoning, NL2SQL/Text-to-SQL solutions, and enterprise data architecture concepts is highly desirable.
