Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

This role leads design and automation of the end-to-end development cycle to create Power reports and dashboards. The candidate will use expertise in Power BI, data integration, modeling, and analytics to build scalable business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities include:
• Automate data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• Automate refreshes, monitoring, error handling, and data quality controls
• Design, build, test, and support automated ETL pipelines for Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
• Enable self-service analytics through scalable reporting solutions and reusable data assets.
• Integrate and transform data from enterprise sources using reusable, scalable ingestion patterns.
• Optimize Power BI data models and implement data quality, lineage, security, and governance controls.
• Optimize semantic models, metadata, and business definitions to improve AI-driven analytics and natural language query experiences.

Automating and optimizing the Power BI environment
  • Power BI Deployment Pipelines
  • Semantic Models and Dataflows
  • GitHub adoption and source control
  • Report and wireframe automation
  • Reducing manual effort and improving delivery timelines
  • Strong experience with:
    • Microsoft Fabric
    • Semantic Models
    • Data Modeling / Star Schema Design
    • Dataflows
    • Power BI Deployment Pipelines
    • Dashboard & Report Development
    • Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting
  • Python experience strongly preferred for automation initiatives.
  • GitHub/source control experience preferred.
  • Enterprise-scale experience, ideally within Banking or Financial Services environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
