Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within the Pondok Indah branch.
• Provide comprehensive financial advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs and risk profiles.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and the cross-selling of banking products.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards of the bank.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in relationship management, financial advisory, or sales within consumer banking.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment instruments, and financial markets.
• Possession of relevant financial certifications and licenses (such as investment or insurance sales licenses).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
