Rattaché au Supply Chain Manager de l’usine de Carrières sur Seine, votre mission principale consistera en la gestion d’un portefeuille technique d’achats industriels. A l’aise et dynamique dans un environnement complexe, vous savez vous adapter et être proactif.

A ce titre, vos missions consistent à :

• Mettre en place et suivre la stratégie achat sur un panel de fournisseur varié
• Suivre, sécuriser et développer votre panel fournisseur
• Suivre l’évolution des commandes (envoie, ARC, livraison, litiges,…) sur son panel de fournisseur
• Rechercher de nouveaux fournisseurs (usinage, fonderie, procédés spéciaux, sous-ensembles finis, tôlerie, distributeurs etc.)
• Négocier, mettre en place et assurer le suivi des contrats
• En interface avec les services internes (engineering, méthodes, qualité), accompagner le pilotage de nouveaux projets par votre expertise achats et sourcing.
• Travailler en mode projets et participer à la validation des jalons
• Gérer les appels d’offres
• Accompagner et soutenir par votre expertise les achats hors production et frais généraux

Profil :

Indispensable

• De formation bac +5
• 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le secteur industriel
• Vous êtes en mesure d’analyser, d’exploiter la documentation technique : lire et interpréter un plan, un dossier de fabrication et un cahier des charges.
• Excellent communicant et réelles compétences en négociation commerciale
• Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’autonomie, avec un bon esprit de synthèse, vous avez également un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe.
• Vous êtes à l'aise avec les différents outils informatiques (Pack office, ERP)

Apprécié

• Des connaissances techniques en usinage et en tôlerie
• Connaissance d’Oracle R12 (ERP)
• Expérience d’un large et hétérogène portefeuille fournisseur
