About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations, with primary responsibility for Learning Management System (LMS) administration and data management.
- Coordinate learning programmes and provide seamless operational and logistical support for virtual, in-person and blended learning interventions.
- Partner with L&D, Human Capital and business stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain high-quality learning records and ensure accurate, timely reporting of relevant people and learning metrics.
- Analyse L&D data to identify trends, actionable insights and opportunities to improve learner experience and operational effectiveness.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate large data sets into clear reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
- Using Co pilot / AI wherever needed to complete repetitive tasks easily
- Knowledge of content development
