Shift: Hybrid – every Tuesday at 19E and Tue, Wed, Thu of Collaboration Weeks, otherwise remote
Summary of major duties:
1. 40% -Day to day Invoice processing, PO request fulfillment, analysis and reporting
2. 30% -Administrative support of budget and finance process support
3. 10%- Operational Expense Procurement (IT Hardware/software)
4. 20% -Collaboration and status meetings, performance of other administrative requirements
Job Description:
- The IT Business Office/Asset Analyst is responsible for supporting financial and operational administrative processes within the IT Tech Ops tower.
- This role supports accurate budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, analysis and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making.
- This position is critical for maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within IT.
- It bridges technical teams and finance, ensuring on-time invoice submissions and alignment to financial forecast to actuals.
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Research and Analysis for RFP preparation, budgeting/computational, self-guided learning/research using tools like Co-pilot and pre-existing knowledge articles
Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?)

Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable):
- SAP VIM/Excel/Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying/ServiceNow request and ticket management
