Analyst III, Business

Whatyou’ll be doing: 

• Requirements gathering anddocumentation 

• Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business processmaps 

• Develop functional specifications as needed forprojects 

• Analyze projects of moderately complex nature for size, scope, and objectives 

• Develop mastery of assigned applications 

• Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives that maximize business value from ITsolutions 

• Create and conduct functional testing andtraining 

• Deliver superior customer service byassisting inidentifying customerneeds 

• Provide end usersupport 

• Liaise with software vendors for technical issueresolution 

• Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in allactivities 

• Consistently enforce safe work practices in assignedprojects 

Education and Training Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT,Business or related discipline 

• 3-5years experience in ERP 

• Experience with Radius ERP is aplus 

• Knowledge of the Flexibles business 

• Moderate travel may berequired 

The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual targetincentive of ZZ% of base salary.
