What will you do?
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and company fundamentals
- Prepare client presentation materials, including pitch books and detailed industry overviews across Consumer & Retail sub-sectors
- Build and maintain financial models, including DCF valuations, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses
- Support the evaluation of corporate finance alternatives, including M&A, capital structure optimization, acquisition financing, and debt capital markets transactions
- Assist in live deal execution by performing financial and operational due diligence, preparing transaction materials, and tracking workstreams
- Collaborate with senior bankers to support client coverage and relationship development

- Bachelorās degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of full-time investment banking experience required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Familiar with computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Claude and ChatGPT
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 79 licenses
- Value and possess strong competency in the following behaviors: Collaboration, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity and Operating with Diverse and Inclusive Mindset
- Limited interaction with clients
- Works with Analysts, Associates and supports Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors.
- Regular interaction with senior members of deal team and may occasionally interact with clients.
- Fosters relationships internally within group and other industry and product groups.
- The work environment is based in an office; however, travel outside of the office may be required.
- The environment can require quick turnaround and decision making.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $135,000 depending on class year and factors including but not limited to the candidateās experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.Ā This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
