Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and leadtraining measurement and evaluation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders, program owners, SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to definesuccess measures, KPIs, and evaluation plans.
• Conductjob, task, stakeholder, and learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and business needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness throughparticipant feedback, learning outcomes, behavior change, and business results.
• Design and maintainsurveys, questionnaires, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data fromsurveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and business metrics.
• Apply theKirkpatrick model to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Analyze complex data and translate findings intoclear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Developreports and dashboards to communicate program performance and business impact.
• Present findings and recommendations tostakeholders, department leaders, and senior management.
• Provide functional guidance to analysts supportingdata collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Establish and maintainevaluation standards, methodologies, and governance practices across learning programs.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of combined experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Experience intraining and development and program evaluation.
• Experience developing and implementing evaluation methodologies, includingquestionnaires, surveys, focus groups, observations, and interviews.
• Experience with survey platforms such asAlchemer, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.
• Hands-on experience using theKirkpatrick model.
• Strong experience analyzinglarge and complex datasets.
• Experience creatingreports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver accurate results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inIndustrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developingenterprise-wide/company-wide measurement strategies.
• Experience creating dashboards usingPower BI.
• Knowledge ofSuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
