Job Summary 

Data and Analytics are core components of Horizon Next.  They are used todrive and inform decision making at all levels of the company. The Horizon Next Analytics team offers a suite of analytical models to help our strategy and client teams plan and optimize media campaigns. 

TheAnalyst, Business Intelligence(Product Management) will assistinthe implementation and maintenanceof these models across our clients. They will become a trusted resource on the data and processes involved in powering the models offered by Next Analytics and work closely with Horizon Next strategy and client teams as they use the various models.The Analyst will be responsible forday-to-day handling ofdata-relatedand modelingrequests from Horizon Next Strategy and client teams.In addition, the analyst will help with QAof data pipelines and building reporting filesfor model output. 

This is a hands-on role in which theAnalyst will besupportive in managingdata inputs for models,developfamiliarity with the code that runs them, andunderstand the reporting out of the models. 

What You’ll Do 

60% -Deploy and maintain Next Analytics models for Horizon Nextclients 

• Ensure existing model pipelines run smoothly and produce high-qualitydata 

• Help strategy and client teams interpret modeloutputs 

• Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering the required data inputs needed for theirmodels 

• Update models for existing clients to add new features orKPIs 

• Identify opportunities to automate model onboarding anddeployment 

• Investigate any bugs or model output issues that mayarise 

30%-Assist withQA of model input andoutput  

• Buildprocessesto provide data to client teams for transparency andreporting 

• Work with client teams to maintain QAfiles 

• Help to update mappings and referencetables 

• Troubleshoot issues with data ingestion and create tickets toaddress. 

10%-Improve processes of existingmodels  

• Work with manager tofurther developmodels 

• Build new solutions towards modelreporting 

• Take time understanding how models work and gain insightonthem

Preferred Skills & Experience  

Education or work experience ina media/advertising medium 

Proficiency at using Excel to parseand format data. 

Nice to have: Some experience using SQL (in educational or work setting)
