Senior Business Analyst – Airline Domain (Load Control / Weight & Balance)

What success looks like in this role:

• Act as theSubject Matter Expert (SME) forLoad Control / Weight & Balance processes and systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders togather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate complex operational needs intofunctional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensureaccurate implementation of W&B logic, constraints, and regulatory requirements
• Supportsolution design, validation, and UAT cycles, including defect triage and resolution
• Ensure alignment withaviation standards, safety regulations, and defense compliance requirements
• Driveprocess improvements and optimization across load planning and aircraft configuration workflows
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, andcross-functional alignment

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree inAviation, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, withstrong domain expertise in Load Control / Weight & Balance
• Hands-on experience withaircraft load planning systems, payload optimization, and CG calculations
• Strong understanding ofaviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICAO, EASA, or military standards)
• Proven ability totranslate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables
• Experience working inAgile / Scrum environments
• Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working ondefense or government aviation programs (e.g., Ministry of Defence or similar)
• Familiarity withdigital aviation platforms or transformation programs
• Exposure todata modeling, system integrations, and APIs
• Certification inBusiness Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
