Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Quality & Content Review Analyst to review Text, Image, Video, and Location-based advertising assets, including AI-generated content. The analyst will ensure assets meet defined standards for quality, accuracy, relevance, safety, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
● Review text, image, video, and location-based ad assets against defined quality and advertising policies.
● Evaluate AI-generated and dynamically generated content for accuracy, relevance, safety, and professionalism.
● Validate alignment between ads, advertiser requirements, products/services, landing pages, and user intent.
● Assess image and video assets for visual quality, relevance, and appropriate representation.
● Review location information and extensions for accuracy, relevance, and user experience.
● Conduct online research to validate advertiser, product, business, and location information.
● Make accurate approve, disapprove, categorize, or escalate decisions based on guidelines.
● Handle high-volume queues while meeting Quality, Productivity, AHT, and Utilization targets.
● Participate in calibration, feedback, and guideline updates to maintain decision consistency.
Key Qualifications & Skills
● Strong Verbal and Written English skills.
● Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and judgment.
● Ability to interpret and consistently apply detailed guidelines.
● Good understanding of digital advertising, online content, and user experience.
● Strong internet research and information-validation skills.
● Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
● Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
● Prior experience in content moderation, digital advertising, QA, or BPO/KPO operations is preferred.
● Graduation in any discipline.
