JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsável por auxiliar no gerenciamento de projetos, planejamento, orçamentos e metodologias de controle.

Auxiliar na gestão de recursos, revisões periódicas e avaliações finais do projeto.

Tem corresponsabilidade pela correta implementação dos projetos e pela documentação correlata, contribuindo com o crescimento sustentável da organização

RESPONSABILIDADES

o    Acompanhar/Construir o cronograma do projeto em conjunto com o time, a partir dos pré-requisitos do cliente e referências de projetos anteriores.

o    Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento de projetos, a fim de garantir que os prazos e requisitos estabelecidos sejam cumpridos e o cliente seja atendido conforme sua necessidade.

o    Providenciar documentação padrão sobre o projeto bem como manter atualizações periódicas a fim de garantir os devidos registros de cada projeto.

o    Elaborar planos de ação em conjunto com o time designado para o projeto, a fim de corrigir desvios durante as fases de desenvolvimento.

o    Participar e poder liderar equipes de projetos multifuncionais, promovendo o alinhamento do time multifuncional.

o    Coordenar o processo de montagem de amostras para eventos de projetos.

o    Responsável pelos projetos que estão no MS Project Online, manter as documentações do PDP atualizadas e garantir que sejam realizadas dentro do prazo.

o    Auxiliar no planejamento das validações de novos projetos e projetos de MCIP, garantindo o alinhamento das informações.

REQUISITOS

o   Superior Completo em tecnologia ou engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica ou Eletrônica.

o   Conhecimento nas ferramentas do pacote office.

o   Experiência na coordenação de projetos tradicionais e híbridos

o   conhecimento em ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos (MS Project, JIRA, entre outras).

o   Perfil analítico e organizado, boa comunicação e foco nos resultados

Inglês intermediário; Espanhol básico.
