Overview:

The Manager, Business & Corporate Banking (Bancassurance) is responsible for expanding portfolio performance across both General and Life insurance solutions while fostering strong partner and client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns across bank channels to achieve revenue targets, boost lead conversion, and drive product penetration.
• Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the partner bank, branch networks, and internal business units to drive consistent performance and cross-selling.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the bank's client base while establishing strategies to ensure high policy retention rates.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams and insurance partners to create, refine, and market competitive insurance products tailored to the bank’s customer segments.
• Plan and conduct structured training modules, product briefings, and ongoing coaching for Bank Business Development/Sales staff to build product confidence and sales effectiveness.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, partner management, or marketing within the General Insurance or Bancassurance sector.
• Prior experience working directly with or within retail/commercial banking channels is highly advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of General or Life Insurance products, underwriting principles, and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and pipeline management tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
