Rejoignez l’usine Hitachi Energy à Varennes, forte de plus de 50 ans d’expertise et comptant plus de 300 employés. Nous fabriquons des transformateurs de haute puissance et des inductances shunt. Pour améliorer l’efficacité du département Maintenance et Génie Industriel, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste technique. Vous contribuerez à la fiabilité des équipements, optimiserez les outils de gestion et soutiendrez les opérations. Ce rôle vous permettra de développer vos compétences et de participer à des projets stimulants.

Comment vous ferez la différence

• Élaborer et mettre à jour les plans de maintenance préventive dans Guide TI.
• Planifier les opérations et établir les horaires hebdomadaires en limitant les interruptions.
• Optimiser l’utilisation du logiciel Guide TI et assurer la mise à jour des bons de travail.
• Participer au diagnostic des arrêts et analyser les causes de pannes.
• Proposer des solutions pour réduire les coûts et améliorer la sécurité.
• Soutenir l’équipe de maintenance dans la réalisation des interventions.
• Participer à la mise en service des projets d’installation de nouveaux équipements.
• Gérer les contrats d’entretien avec des fournisseurs externes.
• Vérifier la réception des pièces et maintenir l’inventaire à jour.
• Effectuer des achats critiques via Guide TI et SAP en cas d’urgence.
• Développer et analyser les indicateurs de performance pour améliorer l’efficacité.
• Responsable de la conformité aux règlements, procédures et directives internes et externes.

Votre profil

• DEC en mécanique, électromécanique, maintenance industrielle ou domaine connexe.
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en entretien industriel ou planification de maintenance.
• Bonne connaissance en mécanique et équipements industriels.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Guide TI, SAP, MS Project, Suite Office.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement avec des priorités changeantes.
• Leadership, sens de l’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets.
• Communication fréquente avec les partenaires internes et externes, les clients et les intervenants situés à l’extérieur du Québec. Connaissance de l’anglais, en plus du français, requise pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles du poste et assurer une collaboration et un service à la clientèle efficaces.
• Le candidat doit avoir une autorisation de travail valide pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.

The Opportunity

Join the Hitachi Energy plant in Varennes, with over 50 years of expertise and more than 300 employees. We manufacture high-power transformers and shunt reactors. To improve the efficiency of the Maintenance and Industrial Engineering department, we are looking for a Technical Specialist. You will contribute to equipment reliability, optimize management tools, and support operations. This role will allow you to develop your skills and take part in exciting projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and update preventive maintenance plans in Guide TI.
• Plan operations and set weekly schedules while minimizing production interruptions.
• Optimize the use of Guide TI software and ensure work orders are updated.
• Participate in troubleshooting and analyze root causes of breakdowns.
• Propose solutions to reduce costs and improve safety.
• Support the maintenance team in carrying out interventions.
• Take part in commissioning projects for new equipment installations.
• Manage maintenance contracts with external suppliers.
• Verify receipt of parts and keep spare parts inventory up to date.
• Make critical purchases through Guide TI and SAP in emergencies.
• Develop and analyze performance indicators to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• College diploma (DEC) in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with IT tools: Guide TI, SAP, MS Project, Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Frequent communication with internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders located outside Quebec. Knowledge of English, in addition to French, is required to fulfill the operational requirements of the role and ensure effective collaboration and client service.
• Candidate must have valid work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
