SR. Process Engineer, PHOTO SCANNER (Tongluo, Miaoli)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop and optimize photo scanner processes to achieve outstanding quality and performance
• Partner with multiple groups to assess and carry out improvements in processes
• Lead and manage projects to successfully implement new technologies and methodologies
• Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve process issues, ensuring flawless operation
• Using AI tool to efficiently improve the work process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• Above 2 years experience in process engineering, preferably in the photo scanning industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with teams across different functions
