Experience in Sales cloud, admin and more

1. Hands on experience in Sales Cloud , CPQ

2. Hands on experience in Configurations of Sales, Service setups

2. Backup SF Data Weekly and Monthly 

3. Salesforce patches (3 times a year). Impact analysis and testing on the updates 

4. Review & Creation of Salesforce design and entity models & Configuration

5. CPQ - account creation, deletion, Access

6 Ability to interact with Business and document requirements for minor enhancements

7. Create design, work with offshore team for development. 

7. Ability to deploy code and changes to next environment

6. Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements 

7. Perform  Production support , Incident management, Service Request, Enhancements configurations for salesforce application

9. Train business users on Salesforce process flow

11. Integration support for outlook, Hubspot and others

13. Salesforce Certifications in Admin, Admin+, Platform is a must

14. Data upload using data loader, import wizard

16 Drive Solution using Configuration, lightning flows, Lead Management, Opportunity management

17.     Experience of working in Support, Managed services projects 1
