Job Summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced AMS / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support production applications and ensure high availability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Incident Management, Application Support, Monitoring & Observability tools, and the Telematics/Connected Car domain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications to ensure system availability and performance.
• Manage the complete Incident Management lifecycle, including detection, triage, resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Investigate and resolve production issues while minimizing business impact.
• Utilize monitoring and observability tools to identify system health issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform problem management and recommend preventive solutions.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with SLA and operational standards.
• Support continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong experience in Incident Management and Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Incident Management lifecycle (Detection, Triage, Resolution, RCA).
• Experience in Telematics, Connected Car, or Automotive domain.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ITIL processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools is preferred.
