Urgent Requirement

Job Location: DLF cybercity, Gurugram

Designation: AMC Lead

Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Mandatory

Experience Required: 5-6 years of relevant experience in facility management

Shift Timings:  General shift

Work Schedule:  6 Days/week

Looking for aTechnical Facility Executive or Assistant Facility Executive with AMC expertise.

Specific Skills: AMC and breakdown management, project oversight, 52-week PPM calendar administration, CMMS management, CIS, purchase order processing, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• B.Tech inMechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in building engineering systems, facility management, operations, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge ofcommercial building operations, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and asset management.
• Good understanding ofAMC management with commercials, PPM compliance, vendor management, RCA, BOQ preparation, and R&M activities.
• Strong coordination, documentation, vendor-management, and technical-team development skills.
• Strong in MS Excel, Power Point.
• Better knowledge of AI and other Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with AMC deliverables in accordance with the approved Scope of Work (SOW), contractual requirements, and agreed timelines.
• Inspection of critical rooms and critical assets ensuring timely identification, escalation, and closure of abnormalities.
• Maintain and regularly update the52-Week PPM Calendar, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities in theCMMS.
• Ensure100% compliance with defined TATs and scheduled PPM activities, with timely follow-up and closure of pending actions.
• Develop and maintain anAsset Criticality Matrix for equipment and assets covered under AMC.
• Coordinate withSite Operations teams for the addition of new assets, asset mapping, and alignment of applicable AMC commencement dates.
• Coordinate closely with theEngineering Manager for PPM activities, breakdown maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and technical issue resolution.
• PrepareCIS documentation for AMC, Repair & Maintenance (R&M), SES, and other engineering-related works.
• Takeend-to-end ownership of works against client-issued Purchase Orders, from initiation and vendor coordination through execution and completion.
• Follow up and coordinate withvendors for R&M activities, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and closure.
• Prepare and submitcommercial quotations for R&M works, AMC additions, and additional scope requirements to the client.
• Conducttechnical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for site technical teams to strengthen operational capabilities.
• Support the Engineering Manager in conductingannual equipment health assessments and predictive maintenance checks.
• Managevendors, materials, and engineering requirements, including preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Ensureconsistent quality of maintenance services by monitoring execution standards and compliance with defined maintenance requirements.
• Support site engineering teams in planning, coordinating, and executingannual maintenance activities.
• Track and ensure availability of Tools, Uniform and Measuring equipment on site.
