Ambulatory Analyst

Summary:

• Work Mode: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800-1700 PST

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other APeX application teams, clinical/business operations, and guides to enhance and maintain the Epic electronic health record.
• Provide excellent customer service to end users, track issues, and follow up as appropriate.
• Work in multiple locations, including Medical Center locations, Benioff Children’s Hospitals-Oakland and San Francisco, campus, and community connect partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Epic build and application experience.
• Ambulatory Certification required.
• Must achieve EpiCare Ambulatory certification within 6 months of hire.
