
Ambassador Coordinator
Commitment: Flexible, approx. 2โ5 hours per week, for at least one academic term
About the Role
Aspire Steps CIC is looking for an enthusiastic and supportiveAmbassador Coordinator to help lead ourStudent Ambassador Programme. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, motivating peers, and ensuring student volunteers feel supported and engaged. You will play an important part in helping our ambassadors thrive as they represent Aspire Steps in their schools and communities.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage ourStudent Ambassador Programme.
Organisemonthly catch-ups to check in with ambassadors and maintain engagement.
Collectfeedback from ambassadors to help improve the programme.
Encourage ambassadors to participate in activities, share ideas, and stay active.
Provide basicpastoral support orflag safeguarding concerns to Aspire Steps staff where necessary.
Requirements
Aged 18+ โ suitable for university students, apprentices, or early-career professionals.
Strongorganisational skills and potential forteam leadership.
Friendly,approachable, and responsive in communication.
Able to commit forat least one academic term (approx. 3โ4 months).
