Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract W2 | Approximately October 2026 – January 2027
Schedule: 5 days per week, Mon-Fri, 40hrs per week
Pay Rate: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour, based on experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon Retail Media campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, bids, pacing, and key performance metrics to maximize ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across products and campaigns.
- Develop recurring performance reports and dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with business objectives.
- Test and scale new media capabilities and optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Retail Media, eCommerce Media, Paid Search, or Digital Advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Amazon DSP.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with campaign budgeting, bid management, and performance optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
