About Us
HireHawk connects skilled professionals with U.S. and Canadian companies, building remote teams across the Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, Europe, and beyond. We believe meaningful work should not depend on where you live, and we support our people through structured onboarding, clear expectations, and dedicated team coordination.
About the Role
You will support the Brand Operations Manager across inventory planning, listing optimization, account health, and day-to-day Seller Central operations. This role provides the hands-on execution and analytical support needed to turn marketplace priorities into actions that support organic growth. You will deepen your Amazon operations expertise while working with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams on listing improvements, product launches, and international expansion efforts. Strategic direction, final decision-making, and business ownership remain with the Brand Operations Manager; your focus is accurate execution, actionable reporting, and flagging issues before they grow
Responsibilities
- Help prevent stockouts and overstock by monitoring inventory coverage and supporting replenishment plans based on sales velocity, seasonality, and forecast guidance from the Brand Operations Manager.
- Reduce avoidable storage costs and inbound delays by flagging aged inventory, coordinating shipments with warehouse and supply chain teams, and investigating FBA receiving issues.
- Improve listing discoverability through keyword research and approved updates to titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content. Use Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar tools to identify relevant opportunities and avoid unnecessary keyword duplication.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking, click-through rate, and conversion by analyzing ASIN-level traffic, keyword rankings, and search term performance, and supporting content and image A/B tests.
- Restore listing availability by helping resolve suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues, while opening, tracking, and escalating operational and compliance-related Seller Central cases.
- Spot account health and sales risks early by monitoring account alerts, Buy Box status, external pricing, customer reviews, and ratings. Flag recurring feedback and issues that need the Brand Operations Manager’s attention.
- Help recover eligible losses and resolve discrepancies by auditing FBA shipments and fees, then filing and tracking reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing inventory.
- Give the Brand Operations Manager actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales trends, sessions, conversion rate, contribution margin, inventory flow, and performance gaps.
- Surface opportunities to strengthen listing positioning by tracking competitor listings, pricing, keyword strategies, Best Seller Rank, and category trends using Helium 10, Keepa, or comparable tools.
- Keep approved product launches, listing updates, and international expansion activities moving by coordinating creative requests, A+ Content, and image improvements with marketing, design, and supply chain teams.
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Strong listing optimization and keyword research experience, including a solid understanding of Amazon SEO, organic ranking factors, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, or comparable Amazon research and analysis tools.
- Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment, and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for analyzing operational data and building accurate reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, prioritize issues, and follow through on details.
- Fluent English communication for remote collaboration, reporting, and issue escalation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience optimizing A+ Content and supporting conversion improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Amazon product launches and organic ranking support strategies.
- Experience monitoring Buy Box performance, pricing, customer reviews, and reimbursement claims within Seller Central.
