Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect and AI
- Minimum experience of building AI agents (within Amazon Connect) – 2 years.
- Minimum experience with Amazon Connect/ Lex – 5 years
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
