Business Analyst with expertise in Life Sciences

We are looking for aSenior/Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Biology, Chemistry, or Bioinformatics to contribute to transformative projects in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries.

In this role, you will collaborate with leading organizations in the field specializing in Clinical Trials, Laboratory Automation, Drug Discovery, and related areas. You will work closely with scientists and developers, requiring a solid foundation in both the domain and IT, with opportunities for unique professional growth.

Knowledge of GxP and HIPAA regulations adds value to managing requirements within Life Science projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee business analysis processes for different project streams and cross-functional stakeholder teams
• Collaborate with scientific specialists to deeply understand and convert complex business needs into actionable outcomes
• Define and draft precise requirements to ensure scope clarity and alignment with project goals
• Manage prioritization of the project backlog, facilitating communication of business and technical objectives
• Guide the technical design process by offering key directional input and ensuring accordance with goals and requirements
• Develop detailed project documentation to establish alignment and comprehension among stakeholders
• Deliver advanced analysis and advice to the Development team, ensuring integration of business and technical demands throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proficiency in business analysis or product management, with over 3 years of relevant experience
• Background in biology, chemistry, or bioinformatics
• Experience working in a laboratory
• Skills in System or Data Analysis
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English level in both verbal and written communication
