Business Analyst

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst to join our growing Perth team in our SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy) sector

You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology teams, driving requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, process improvement, and successful solution delivery across a complex technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, user story development, and prioritization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Assist with business case development, impact assessments, and change initiatives
• Work closely with program and project leadership to ensure alignment across delivery streams

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor tosenior leaders, program sponsors, and executives.
• Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change.
• Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impact management.

Communications & Training

• Create targetedcommunication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy‑in.
• Partner with learning teams to design and delivertraining and capability uplift programs.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation

Adoption, Measurement & Reinforcement

• Define and trackchange adoption metrics and success measures.
• Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments
• Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industries desirable
• Experience working with large enterprise platforms and transformation programs
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Experience working across onshore and offshore delivery teams advantageous
