Alteryx Administrator

PGS Worldwide is seeking aSenior Alteryx Administrator for a fully remote approximately six-month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will provide senior-level administration, sustainment, troubleshooting, and user support for the Alteryx platform while managing workflows, user access, privileges, jobs, backups, restores, incidents, and vendor-dependent issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience maintaining and supporting theAlteryx platform.
• SME-level knowledge of Alteryx administration and sustainment.
• Experience with Alteryx user administration.
• Experience managing user roles and privileges.
• Experience administering Alteryx workflows.
• Experience with Alteryx job administration.
• Experience performing platform backups and restores.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving Alteryx platform and application issues.
• Experience managing and resolving incident tickets.
• Ability to work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors to resolve platform-dependent issues.
• Strong understanding of systems administration principles and practices.
• Understanding of systems architecture and systems-design concepts.
• Ability to support system and interface architecture activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Alteryx environments.
• Experience supporting complex data-platform architectures.
• Experience developing or maintaining architectural models and technical standards.
• Experience participating in internal and external technical design reviews.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, patching, and long-term sustainment activities.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and sustain the Alteryx platform.
• Manage Alteryx users, roles, privileges, workflows, and jobs.
• Perform backups and restores of the platform.
• Troubleshoot platform and application issues.
• Resolve incident tickets and user support requests.
• Work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Coordinate with Alteryx vendor resources when vendor-level support is required.
• Support platform stability, availability, and ongoing sustainment.
• Assist with systems-architecture and system-design activities.
• Support development and maintenance of system and interface architectures.
• Help translate mission and technical requirements into system solutions.
• Participate in technical design reviews.
• Maintain awareness of evolving technologies and architectural methodologies.
• Support development of architectural guidance for current and future system capabilities.

Pay

• $40.00–$50.00 per hour.
• No overtime premium.
