Key Requirements

Experience working within hedge funds / alternative investments or a similar investment management environment.
Working knowledge of OTC derivatives, ideally including:
- FX forwards
- Swaps
- Other OTC derivative products and associated operational processes
Experience supporting operating model, platform transformation, or strategic change initiatives within financial services.
Ability to understand current-state processes and help drive the transition toward a more strategic target operating platform / operating model .
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, actions, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently drive activities, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, track dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong executive presence, with confidence presenting updates, facilitating discussions, and escalating issues appropriately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Profile

Consulting experience within asset management / investment management.
Comfortable operating in an environment where requirements may evolve and the consultant is expected to take ownership and drive progress with limited oversight.
Ability to bridge the gap between business/product SMEs, operations, and technology/platform teams.
