Job Description Summary
Projects don't run themselves. Someone needs to keep track of what's happening, make sure the right people know the right things, and help the team stay on schedule. That's you.As a Project Coordination Specialist, you'll help keep our field projects moving. You'll track progress, update schedules, set up meetings, and make sure nothing gets missed. It's a hands-on, detail-oriented role where your work makes a real difference every day.
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Keep project schedules up to date and flag any changes or delays to the team;
- Set up and coordinate meetings – arranging times, locations, and making sure the right people are in the room;
- Track project budgets and spending, and help prepare basic progress reports.
- Stay in regular contact with team members, suppliers, and other parties to make sure everyone knows what’s expected and when.
- Support safety and quality standards on site – follow procedures and help make sure the team does too.
- Help with admin and coordination tasks as the project needs – no two days look exactly the same.

Required
- A Higher Diploma or relevant work experience in a coordination, admin, or site support role
- Fair command of written and spoken English
- Comfortable using Microsoft (MS) Office tools — Word, Excel, Outlook
- Willing to travel to site and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when the job requires. During the execution phase, there will be need to station at the site.
Preferred
- Some experience supporting projects or working on a construction or energy site.
- Familiarity with basic budget tracking or project reporting.
