Roles&Responsibilities

Executeengineeringdesignchangesanddesignoutputreleasesthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
Reviewdesigndeliverablesandevaluateimpactstoquality,regulatorycompliance,manufacturing,suppliers,andproductlifecyclerequirements.
Drivealignmentacrossglobalengineeringsitesandcross-functionalteamstosupporttimelyexecutionandissueresolution.
CollaboratewithglobalengineeringteamsacrossDenmark,USA,Japan,Austria,andotherregionstodevelop,review,andreleaseengineeringdesigndeliverables.
CoordinatewithQA,RA,Manufacturing,Sourcing,andSupplierstoensurecompliantimplementationofdesignchanges.
Identify,communicate,andsupportresolutionofquality,regulatory,andimplementationrisks.
Supportdesigntransferandmanufacturingreadinessactivitiesfornewproductintroductionsandproductchanges.

Qualifications

Effectivecommunicationandcollaborationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossglobalteamsanddiversestakeholders.
Analyticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskillstoassessdesignchangeimpactsandsupportissueresolution.
Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoaccuracyindocumentationandexecution.
UnderstandingofQualityManagementSystems(QMS),Regulatoryrequirements,orProductComplianceprinciples.
IntermediatelevelofEnglishproficiencyforbusinesscommunicationandtechnicaldocumentation.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications(Outlook,PowerPoint,Word,Excel,etc.).
