IGL4US is seeking a professional and personableCustomer Service Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In this role, you will support customers with general inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with day-to-day service requests, and help ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and general service inquiries.

• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to customers.

• Assist customers with requests, concerns, and basic issue resolution.

• Maintain organized and accurate customer records.

• Follow up on customer requests when necessary.

• Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer needs.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach during customer interactions.

• Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service.
