Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.

Requirements
