De Palm Island - Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, pool operations, and security teams

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on schedule

• Monitor service quality and operational standards

• Coordinate and oversee contractors' work performance

• Report daily priorities and progress to the Facility Manager

• Support operations with timely facility solutions

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Provide operational coverage when required

• Promote adherence to company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications

•EPB Doorstroom, EPI Level, or equivalent education

•Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities, maintenance, or hospitality

•Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento (Dutch is a plus)

•Strong leadership and organizational skills

•Basic technical knowledge of facilities and maintenance systems

•Ability to coordinate multiple teams and contractors effectively

•Excellent communication and accountability skills andproactive problem-solver with a guest-focused mindset
