Be the one building AI-powered experiences where they matter most.
At Genesys, we help organizations create better customer experiences through AI-powered experience orchestration. Our platform connects people, systems, data and AI to help organizations deliver more personalized service, improve operational efficiency and build stronger customer relationships.
Help build, support and operate technology used by more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries – moving AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments every day.
The Team
The Strategic Technology Partnerships team owns Genesys's relationships with the ecosystem of global platform partners that extend the reach, capability, and commercial value of Genesys Cloud.
We shape joint go-to-market motions, co-sell programs, and integration roadmaps with some of the largest and most influential technology platforms in the enterprise software landscape — driving pipeline, bookings, and strategic differentiation through partnership.
The Role
We're looking for anAlliance Partnership, Director to own and grow the joint go-to-market relationship with two of Genesys's most strategic global technology alliances.
These are enterprise-scale platform partnerships spanning CRM/engagement and workflow/service-management ecosystems, each with significant executive sponsorship, joint solution investment, and shared pipeline commitments.
This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of partner strategy, sales enablement, and executive relationship management — ideal for someone who thrives on building structure and momentum inside complex, matrixed partnerships.
You'll be the connective tissue between Genesys field sales, partner sales teams, product/solutions engineering, and marketing — translating partnership strategy into measurable joint pipeline and revenue outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day management of multiple global technology partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for joint go-to-market execution.
- Build and operationalize joint business plans, including co-sell motions, target account mapping, and pipeline generation programs with each partner owned.
- Partner with field sales leadership on both sides to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, tracking performance against joint targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, solutions engineering, and product teams to bring joint solutions and campaigns to market.
- Manage the partner engagement cadence — QBRs, executive briefings, and joint planning sessions — and prepare executive-ready materials that communicate progress, asks, and strategic recommendations.
- Track and report on partnership KPIs (pipeline, bookings, certifications, enablement completion) and use that data to inform where to invest partner resources.
- Identify and help resolve GTM friction points, escalating and problem-solving with both internal and partner stakeholders.
- Support integration and solution roadmap conversations in partnership with product management, ensuring joint technical investments align with commercial priorities.
- Contribute to the broader Strategic Technology Partnerships team's playbooks, account planning frameworks, and operating model as the practice scales.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliance management, channel sales, or a related business development function within enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, matrixed partner relationships with joint GTM accountability — quota, pipeline, or bookings targets tied to partner performance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build credibility with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional orchestration skills — you can align sales, marketing, and product teams around a shared partner motion without needing formal authority over them.
- Sharp analytical skills, with comfort building and presenting business reviews, joint plans, and performance dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience creating executive-level decks and briefing materials.
- Familiarity with CRM, customer engagement, or enterprise workflow/service-management ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel periodically for partner and customer engagements.
What We Offer
- Development and career growth opportunities
- Flexible work schedules and work-from-home opportunities
- Time Off in addition to paid holidays
