Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

To provide strategic and operational leadership in all areas of Human Resources management. The HR supports the overall business objectives by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards and internal equity.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to build workforce capability.
• Provide leadership in handling disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Lead or support change management initiatives and HR digital transformation projects.
• Mentor and guide the HR team for effective delivery of HR services.
• Set and implement company’s policies.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading HR functions in a mid to large-sized organization.
