Job Summary
We are looking for an experiencedAlibaba Cloud Architect with 5–6 years of cloud and infrastructure experience to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available solutions onAlibaba Cloud.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud services, cloud architecture, networking, security, migration, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Alibaba Cloud.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into cloud architecture.
- Design cloud infrastructure covering compute, storage, networking, databases, security, and monitoring.
- Implement and manage Alibaba Cloud services such as:
- ECS
- OSS
- VPC
- SLB
- RDS
- ACK/Kubernetes
- CloudMonitor
- RAM
- CDN
- Auto Scaling
- Develop cloud migration strategies and assist with application/infrastructure migrations.
- Implement cloud security, IAM/RAM policies, encryption, network security, and compliance controls.
- Design disaster recovery, backup, high-availability, and business continuity solutions.
- Work closely with DevOps, development, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and performance issues.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Support automation using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
- 5–6 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience withAlibaba Cloud.
- Good knowledge of:
- Alibaba Cloud ECS, OSS, VPC, SLB, RDS and ACK
- Cloud networking and security
- Linux/Windows administration
- Kubernetes and containers
- DNS, VPN, Load Balancing and CDN
- Monitoring and logging
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge ofTerraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of security, IAM/RAM, encryption, backup and disaster recovery.
- Ability to create architecture and infrastructure documentation.
- Alibaba Cloud certification such as Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Kubernetes/ACK in production environments.
- Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
