Sales Force Effectiveness Intern at Abbott Hoofddorp

JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the Role

We are looking for a motivatedSales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Intern to join our Commercial Excellence team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to initiatives that improve sales performance and commercial execution while gaining hands-on experience in sales force analytics, sales operations, and CRM management.

You will work closely with the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager and contribute to commercial excellence initiatives across Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CRM administration, data quality management, and provide day-to-day support to sales representatives

• Develop and maintain sales performance reports and analyses

• Monitor key SFE metrics

• Support ad-hoc SFE and Commercial Excellence projects

Background/ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Your internship must be mandatory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity for working with data
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
