AKENEO PIM MVP Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure the core Akeneo PIM architecture for the MVP.
• Define and implement the initial product data model.
• Configure product families, attributes, attribute groups, categories, and channels.
• Perform product data mapping, transformation, and ingestion into Akeneo.
• Develop and manage data import and export processes.
• Configure product data syndication for primary sales channels.
• Analyze and map complex product data structures from source systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across the PIM.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand product data requirements.
• Support integrations between Akeneo and external systems.
• Troubleshoot data, configuration, and integration issues.
• Deliver MVP solutions within an agile development environment.
• Document configurations, data models, processes, and implementation decisions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Akeneo PIM.
• Experience implementing and deploying Akeneo from scratch.
• Strong understanding of PIM architecture and product data management.
• Experience designing product data models.
• Hands-on experience with product attributes, families, categories, channels, and locales.
• Experience with product data mapping, transformation, ingestion, and syndication.
• Experience working with complex product data structures.
• Understanding of Akeneo integrations and APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work closely with business, product, and technical teams.
