Scope of Responsibility: 
You will take ownership and lead the process for the following areas (not limited to): 

• Manage carrier assignments and shipment execution by evaluating cost, capacity, and 
service performance to meet customer requirements.

• Oversee daily shipment monitoring, system updates, and customer communications to ensure service expectations are met, including support as needed. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with shipments.

• Coordinate dispatch-related activities, ensuring drivers receive required documentation 
and shipment instructions.

• Prepare and provide customer freight quotes by analyzing transportation options and 
recommending cost-effective solutions.

• On an as-needed basis, be available remotely for after-hours emergency support on a 
rotating basis.

• Any other duties assigned by management. 
Essential Skills & Experience: 

Must Haves:

• Strong attention to detail to accomplish tasks thoroughly and accurately.

• Effective customer service skill set. 

• Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize effectively. 

• Must be able to meet deadlines easily. 

• Clear verbal and written communication skills. 

• Computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically in Word, Excel, 
and PowerPoint. 

Education & Language: 
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

• Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish fluently.
