We are seekingaProcurement and Sourcing Coordinator,to support our team atTarkett Sports Indoor,a leader in sports and fitness flooring solutions, offering premium surfaces for gymnasiums, weight rooms, fitness studios, multipurpose spaces, and more. TheProcurement and Sourcing Coordinator willbe responsible for supporting the day-to-day procurement activities of the organization while developing capabilities that will support future strategic sourcing initiatives. The position will focus primarily on procurement coordination, purchase order management, supplier communications, and operational support, progressively assuming greater responsibility for supplier performance management, spend analysis, forecasting support, and sourcing-related initiatives. 

This role follows ahybrid schedule based out oftheAdairsville and/or Calhoun, GAOffices and will be reporting to theDirector of Strategic Sourcing

Whatyou’ll do:  

Procurement Operations  

• Create, issue, and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.  

• Coordinate with suppliersregarding pricing, lead times, and availability.  

• Monitor deliveries and resolve order, invoice, and shipment discrepancies.  

• Support supplier onboarding andmaintain procurement records.  

• Provide KPI reporting and inventory replenishment support. 

• Work collaboratively with other dept’s withinindoor sports to assure proper inventory management and alignment. 

Supplier Performance & Analytics  

• Support supplier scorecards and performance reporting.  

• Analyze spend, pricing, and procurement trends.  

• Assist with supplier business reviews and continuous improvement efforts.  

• Track supplier compliance and cost-saving opportunities.  

Strategic Sourcing Support  

• Assist with forecasting and supplier volume planning.  

• Support market analysis, contract compliance, and PPV reporting.  

• Participate in sourcing and supply chain optimization projects. 

What you need for success:  

Required Qualifications  

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.  

• 2+ years of experience in procurement,purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or related operations.  

• Experience managing purchase orders, supplier communications, and procurement documentation.  

• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.  

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience supporting sourcing, supplier management, planning,logistics, or inventory functions.  

• Exposure to spend analysis, forecasting, supplier scorecards, or contract management.  

• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, APICS, or related credentials.
