About The Programme
Our 12-months graduate programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.
 

Experience: On-the-job experience to take on challenging and impactful projects. May include rotations within unit for Operations or direct to role for Consumer Banking Group and Institutional Banking Group

Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training

Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort
