Lead Process Safety Engineer

• Lead and deliver all process safety studies including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL verification and QRA for FPSO process & utility systems.

• Define process safety design philosophy, hazardous area classification, overpressure protection strategy, PSV/flare system assessment and safety layer verification.

• Ensure full compliance with international offshore standards: API, IEC, ISO, NORSOK and class society rules (DNV/ABS/CCS).

• Review safety-related engineering deliverables, close safety action items, and provide professional safety technical support for project execution.

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and third-party authorities to resolve process safety technical issues.

• Promote inherent safety design and continuous process safety improvement throughout project lifecycle.

• Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, Process, Safety or Offshore Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years oil & gas / offshore EPC experience, with solidFPSO process safety project track record.

• Proven experience leading HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and other process safety study packages for offshore topside facilities.

• Familiar with FPSO process system design, safety specifications and offshore industry codes.

• Good command of English for technical communication and client interface.

• Relevant professional certifications (Six Sigma, CCPS, Safety Professional) are preferred.
