Research Associate (Psychology)

Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) at Nanyang Business School, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Research Associate. The Research Associate will be part of a dynamic team of researchers involved in spearheading high-impact research on leadership and cultural intelligence. In addition, this role offers great opportunities for acquiring research skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage data-collection, including set-up andadministration/coordination of surveys and field interviews

• Collate quantitative and qualitative survey data and managing the database

• Conduct literature review and data analyses

• Present information in both visual and written formats

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree, preferably in Psychology

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)

• Proficiency in statistical packages (e.g., R, SPSS) will be an advantage

• Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently under time pressure

• Excellent interpersonal skills
