Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design AI solution architectures aligned with business objectives, risk tolerance, and governance requirements.
Build and deploy LLM workflows, prompt orchestration chains, agent-based solutions, RAG applications, and model integrations.
Develop classification models and AI-powered decision-support capabilities.
Design and optimize prompt strategies, grounding approaches, tool-calling patterns, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms to improve solution quality and reliability.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure access to trusted, governed, and high-quality data sources.
Establish evaluation frameworks, test datasets, scoring rubrics, and model-performance benchmarks.
Evaluate AI solution performance, accuracy, reliability, and output quality.
Implement appropriate validation and governance practices to ensure reliable AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and LLM workflow development.
Experience in prompt engineering and prompt orchestration.
Practical experience developing RAG applications and agent-based AI solutions.
Knowledge of model integration, tool calling, grounding techniques, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.
Experience with classification models and decision-support solutions.
Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, test datasets, scoring rubrics, and performance benchmarking.
Ability to collaborate with Data Engineering teams on data quality and governance requirements.
Experience Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.
Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and AI solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to design reliable, scalable, and business-aligned AI solutions.
