Quality Assurance Engineer

Report to:    Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor daily quality data, including long-term trends of key quality parameters.

• Provide technical support and feedback to production managers and lead during production process trials.

• Participate in product development and coordinate with relevant departments to plan product development.

• Monitor and maintain high product quality and implement compliance with ISO 9001.

• Prepare weekly production formulas and machine orders, coordinating with relevant departments to verify product accuracy.

• Inspect/test and analyze quality data and products that have received customer complaints, and prepare reports for relevant parties. Work with relevant parties to identify root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.

• Inspect and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure readiness for use.

• Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental policies, and supervise subordinates to ensure compliance with these policies.

We are seeking a future leader in the field of Quality in our Operations:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Ceramic, or related fields.

• Previous experience in establishing or implementing Quality testing standards in compliance with internal Quality management and ISO9001 systems.

• Previous experience in R&D or product development with proven commercialization of new products.

• Understanding of functional additives and suppliers in the building, food or cosmetics industry.

• Ambitious to learn, work hard and grow within a Global multinational.

• Mandatory advanced English speaking, writing and reading skills (TOEIC>800).

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment of building materials or mineral processing.

• Ideally experience in leading a laboratory or production quality team for a minimum of 3 years.
