As ourSite Reliability Engineer, you’ll make sure Aikido stays fast, reliable, and scalable as we grow. You’ll own critical infrastructure across AWS, databases, observability, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Help us scale our systems as Aikido grows.

• Help us stay online and keep production reliable.

• Work across many different technologies and parts of our stack.

• Find and fix reliability and performance problems before they become problems for customers.

• Automate repetitive operational work wherever possible.

• Jump in when things break, figure out what happened, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar.

• Strong experience running production systems in AWS.

• Comfortable working with databases, networking, containers, and observability.

• Able to troubleshoot complex problems across different technologies.

• Strong automation skills and a bias toward fixing things properly.

• Pragmatic, hands on, and comfortable owning systems that need to stay up.
